Visio Library (*.vsl) Development

I am running Visual Studio 2010 and MS-Office Visio 2007. I downloaded the Visio 2007 SDK, which is supposed to have a wizard for creating / developing Visio Libraries (special *.dll for enhancing / automating Visio applications). I am having trouble getting started and following the SDK documentation.

Does anyone have a "recipe" for making a Visio *.vsl Library? If so, please share.

I wonder who may need such trash as Visio these days?.. This product never did its work well...
