ORACLE 10g dbf file restore

Hello,
My OS suddenly crashed down.

i am using oracle 10g, i have not made backup of recent changes to my database.

But i have recovered dbf file or Oracle home directory Intact, Now how can i reuse those datafiles or import the data from those dbf file after installing Fresh oracle on my new OS.
