DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

Step 1. Don't scream at the people that you are asking to help you.
Step 2. Google.
Step 3. Read the FAQ.
Step 4. Ask a specific question related to a specific programming problem IAW the FAQ.
