can we break the encryption, all i found by google and experiments is:

The first line of a file (78MB 8n size) (database of a free religious books software) contains these strings "Standard ACE DB" "M i c r o s o f t b a s e c r y p t o g r a g h i c p r o v i d e r" (reading in c#, StreamReader.ReadLine method) . . . .

Opeining it in MS Access requires a password. Project was closed shortly, so the developer could not recall the password to tell me. (common passwords didn't work)

What i need to do is, read this database to utilize a part of the database for my personal usage. (if usable)

What kind of file it seems to be, precisely? (google tells its MS Jet Access blag blag)
What encryption is this? Google tells it is some old type 128 bit AES (probably can be broken)
Can we break the encryption?
If yes, how?

I assure you, its not illegal, software don't have any licenses, it was religious volunteer project.
