connect IIS wesite with sql server

dear,
I configure the website with iis server it is working when i open the browser and type the address of my website.but when I try to attampte to login with sql server database than following type of exception id thrown.

Cannot open database "cmcdb" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool'.

please help me.

Solution 1
