How to use pthreads for porting

Hello seniors,
Can some one explain me how can we use pthreads(api's) to port a C++ code for Linux platform to Wince platform.
I am assigned a task to port a c++ code from Linux to wince.
The original code files are available at
http://iperf.fr/download/iperf_2.0.5/iperf-2.0.5-source.tar.gz[^]

Please someone help me out in porting this code to wince..I have been trying it for past 2 weeks but no success yet.
Can it be achieved using Pthreads for wince http://sourceware.org/pthreads-win32/index.html[^]

What specifically are you having problems with?
