Printing Crystal Report Directly without seeing Report form

Hi Frnds,
I am Printing my document using crystal report in C# .net...Every time i am using crystal report form and after that I am choosing to print... But i need to assign my printer settings once...on every print it should not ask printer selection and should not show crystal report.
