Sql server 2012 sa account locked out

Can someone help am running SQL server 2012, I can login on the server using sa account only now the password for the sa account is locked out and I can't login on management studio with windows Authentication.

Any one that can help me how to unlock the sa password with out login on the management studio because I can't login with sa account.

What I have tried:

I tried login in with windows Authentication fortunately not allowed to log on the management studio on sa account that is allowed..
