Fan Page in Facebook with Classic ASP

Hi,

I'm developing a Fan Page and I need to validate when IT'S FAN and when IT ISN'T FAN. In better worlds when IT'S FAN it would show the text "Welcome" and when IT ISN'T FAN it would show the text "Make You A Fan", please you know how to do this?

It would be very helpful if you have an example code in Classic ASP.
