WP7 RESOLUTION 480*800 to 480*320

I am making a comics application in wp7 for all resolutions,that is,it will be created in 480*800 pixels,but if I want the same for 480*320 pixels?how can I do it?do,I have to create a new application for 480*320pixels? OR how to change the resolutions,so that 480*800 will be auto adjusted to 480*320? ???any answers
