i m creating a project using adobe premier 6.5 .. video editing s/w and i want to give some encryption process in the video files that is i want to create usb dongle such that when any one use my dongle then he can see the video
my operating system is windows 7 and i want to create a link .dll in c such that it provides some encryption process to that dongle .....

i want to know how to create dongle (.dll) in c programming.
