It's not urgent for us that you can't do your job. Don't say that.

You need to write a HTTP Handler that takes the id of your DB data row and then returns that data with the right MIME type to be used as an image. The image control would point to the URL of the handler, with the right id.

IT must be hard not having access to google, so I used it for you and found this[^].
