Create Service in linux using shell script

I created one service using shell script and mono service.

In shell script I called mono-service to run in start parameter
and I placed the shell script in init.d directory. It's working fine in terminal .
I can start and stop service using commands.

But when I used Graphical interface, it's not working properly and showing warning status saying This service is dead

How I can solve this... ?
