paging and drawing data in php

hi all

i have a page which retrieves more than 200 row from database , so i need to make paging in this page.
i have already drawing the number of pages correctly , but the problem here is that all the data was drawn in each page.
i meant that i can't draw the result data according to the number of rows set in the page.

So, can anyone helps me please.
