yes sir, I try .net reflector. But there is any tool to break any executable file?

If it's not .NET, there's no way to get that close to the original code, there are expensive tools that try to decompile to C++.

To be clear, the odds are very low that you can grab an exe, decompile, and get code you can learn anything from, if it's not .NET to start with.

thanks for your reply sir, Cause I want to find out what is the code for making a dynamic graph/chart in vb.net .

If reflector does not work, then you don't have VB.NET program to look at. As I suspected, you were asking the wrong question. You need a graph library for this, try googling zedgraph.
