Solution 1

If a tutorial came with code, you wouldn't be making anything, would you ? This is a forum for programmers. It's best used for specific questions. No-one is going to type the code for an inventory system in to the code window here, and the articles we could find are findable by google worldwide, you can look for them yourself. I doubt there's articles that give you all the code though, you need to break this in to steps, read articles, and learn to program.

k i will try myself.......i knw vb6 little bit and i am first time trying to make in vb.net ..so there is little confusion .....hope i can ask question if i faced any doubt while making that..

For a application that large, you're not going to get a end-to-end tutorial. This is something where you apply the basic skills you learned to solve a problem like this.
