Free Websitebuilder With Custom Domain Name

I have been working on a program similar to the Aircrack-ng suite, but miy program uses rainbow tables to audit the 4-way WPA\WPA2 handshake quickly. I'm about done with my app and plan on releasing it soon.

So my question is this, is their a free website builder that will give you a free domain name to? I don't have the money to pay for a real expensive domain name with my current job, which I may not have anymore soon. So I would like something that would just host something that looks kinda nice.

If you plan to make it open source you could host it somewhere like SourceForge[^] for free. As far as a custom domain name, I don't think there is anyone who offers things like "yourdomain.com" for free, but they generally aren't very expensive, something like $20/year (or less).
