Biztalk2010 SQL Adapter multiple stored procedures orchestration

I'm totally new to Biztalk, currently learning through videos, google, ebooks ... can't seem to find the answer to my question or maybe it requires a lot of dedicated time which I currently don't have as I'm working on a project for my company.

Question regarding stored procedures that return values to be used by other stored procedures along with the xml after extracting certain element info as needed.

I'm using SQL-Adapter with multiple stored procedures is this possible?
I noticed every time I generate schema an empty orchestration gets generated. Can I use one orchestration for all stored procedures?

The project simply:

takes request schema
maps to to internal schema
strips attachments ..
sal adapter should be able to read internal schema to insert all values through stored procedures in the database

all instructions show how to create adapter with one stored procedure ...
