Hi All,

plz can any body give me any idea how i make exe or zip file for my classic web application and hos it on my production server.

Any sugession or answer will be highly appreciated.

Do you mean to say that you want to use winzip to zip your file and then unzip them on another computer?

thanx for your reply. Actually i want to make my Classic ASP application into .exe file and run on production server if it is possible. other wise package (if it is possible) or zip file. i don't want to upload source code files and folders to server. if u have any plz share with me.

Solution 1

You can't make an exe from an asp site. All you have to do is copy the file, load them on the new production server, open IIS and setup a site pointing to the files. Very easy.
