How to create robot.txt file for website?

Hi Expert,

My website nridubai.com was updated in may 2012 from php to asp.net.

And now i am analysing google crawling using google webmaster, And it shows site errors

robot.txt not found.

How i can create robot.txt file for my site.

Please help me.
