And I answered you and explained that you are the one who decides what it is. There is no such thing as a rating method per se, it is merely a set of rules that you decide in order to classify some group of objects or people. Think of an athletics race and how you would apply ratings to the first 3, 5 or whatever number to cross the finishing line. Look at the ratings used in Formula 1, the points system in football, cricket, tennis etc; that's all there is to it.
