Actually we are accessing a remote pc having IIS7,while creating Vdirectory,as click on test setting the error of authorization display.Kindly guide me

That happens every time I try that. I am not sure why it does that but every site I have done works that way and the sites still work fine. If that is your only issue it should not be a problem.
