Avoid Reload of a form on tab click

Hello All,
In my Application , i have a MDI form and many child form. So their are multiple tabs open at a time. when i click on other tab, i want to avoid reload of the form.
The Scroll Bar sets at the start position. How can i Avoid this.Plz Help Me. I am using c#.net.
