horizontal scroll bar in bar chart

Hi everyone,
I'm new to tis forum, I hope u ppl wil help me.
I've designed a bar chart in vb 6.0 , retrieving data from database for subject vs total no. of books in library, the x-axis contains so many subjects and their (total books)values in y-axis are overlapped one among the other and couldn't able to read the output values. So i feel if there is a horizontal scroll bar for the chart it will be convenient to read the records by scrolling. Any suggestions??
