how can i restore deleted history in explorer

hello.
i have deleted all of my browsing history (IE9,Google chroom ) ,even their
cookies and sessions.

is there any way to restore them all ?

or is there any temp folder or some thing like that in windows which may keep the
browsed files in internet to visit them?

try to use Recury software[^] for ur deleted history folder
