How to display dynamic picture in Reporting Service 2005?

Hi all,
I got path of picture from database like this:

CSS

firstname   lastname    Pic
Soeun   TONY    C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\Bitmaps\1.jpg
San Sovanntara  C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\Bitmaps\2.jpg
Vuthy   Sokanha C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\Bitmaps\3.jpg
San Solita  C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\Bitmaps\4.jpg
San Sokleng C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\Bitmaps\5.jpg

How can i display the picture in RS based on that data?
