I wish to create a self-service web portal for customers coming to my website, where-in discussions about there requirements can also be done.

It would be really great, if I get to know about the best technologies and tools that would be required in creating the self-service web portal ? :)

what is self-service.. Don't expect to get answers if you do not post the question clearly..

A place where-in the customer can try himself/herself to troubleshoot the common problems on the website.
