Probelm with Server.................01 and 02

Dear Friends,

Am Working on Asp.net,C#, SqlServer2005.

I have Two Servers Let us Say......... 01 and 02.

I have Hosted my Web Applications in Both servers 01 and 02. using IIS.

Suppose if the Server 01 is Down....it must go to the server 02 and the application should run automatically.

Please help me how to do this.
