Record selection formulas in Crystal report

Hi Friends,

I need some help regarding report creating record selection formulas. I Want to filter my employee details based on date as well as employee name.

I have three parameter starting date, ending date and employee name in a report.

I used both date and employee name at a time for filtering. No problem for execution.
But Either date nor employee name arise problem.
