Is there any Advice, from where to begin.. any link, Library, or any book ?

Solution 1

It's a good idea to study electronic voices from scratch and do something creative.

Please look at NAudio, for .NET: http://naudio.codeplex.com/[^].

The project offers working with both low-level wave forms and MIDI. Please also pay attention for the project using NAudio.
