I draw a round form, but how do I give round form draw a solid line frame?

Draw the filled circle filled, then draw it agin without the fill??

Soooo, you're not really describing exactly what you mean by that, so it's a bit difficult to tell you exactly what to do.

If you're talking about the shadow around the window then you're talking about something that Windows Forms isn't really good at, even more so with a custom shaped form.

WPF would be a FAR better choice for custom shaped forms like this.
