Export Microsoft Linc,Out look contacts to Excel 2007 or SQL Server Database

In my appllication, i want to access my Microsoft Linc contacts. i am trying to Export my Linc contacts to excel 2007, so that i can use that excel sheet and upload that contacts to my database and can access them in my application.
I have searched alot in google, i got some script but its not working. Anybody please help me.

And
is there any way to store my outlook contacts(i need Email IDs and Ph nos..) to SQL server Database daily? I mean whenever i add or delete contacts to my outlook it should reflect to my database.

What kind of script? What's not working?

We need to see the script and we need to know the reason of "not working". Help us to help yourself.

i dnt knw what it is.. i tryd from below link. in my power shell i m getting the error "script is disabled on your computer."
