MS Speech has been configured not to start at system start up.

When my speech app starts, the ms speech ui appears.

My speech app is unable to receive events unless the ms speech is placed in listening state.

So how does one eliminate the need to interact with desktop ms speech UI in order to execute a speech app.

Said differently, how does not prevent MS from sharing the recognizer.

I used recognizer with speech without problems excluding one: if a microphone can register generated speech, the recognizer tries to recognize it, so you need acoustic isolation or interlocking between threads running each. So, could you make a code sample and report steps to reproduce your problem? If so, please use "Improve question".
