Hi,
I have one .net application in that there is an email services. How to restart email services automatically when it fails to send emails? If any wrong please update the question

Your tags look dizzy to me...
To clarify: you have an application (asp.net?), that has to send emails. You want to be able to resend them if they fail?
If so, you can use this approach: Using MSMQ in mail relay[^]
