how can i create a offline website with database ?.should i use sql express or it can be done by sql server 2008 R2 ?
and main thing how can i create an exe to launch my website on local server on my clients computers.
i have seen this in rad controls . when i installed rad controls it creates a desktop icon on my computer . and whenever i clicked on that icon it opens a webbrowser running their website offline for Demos . i want to know how they done it please help me .
