DB2 ODBC connection problem

Hi,

We have an ODBC (System DSN) pointing to a IBM/DB2. When we run the "Connect" from the ODBC Data Source Administration screen it connects without a problem. When we create a .udl file and select the ODBC conncetion and specify the username and password, the connection fails with the error: "Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Unspecified error"

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
