Video upload in Youtube using ASP.NET

I want to upload videos (any format) directly in youtube and want to save the record in SQL Server.

In my web application there is a button called upload video, when user clicks on that button then it will pick video file from users' machine and upload that video in youtube.

After that user also able to view that video in the web page without using flash player.

Please tell me, in which way i can accomplish the job.
