Have you tried Google?

yes very much!!! but on google I found a lot of material and don't know what's suitable for me.
CUDA?
OpenCL?
DXVA?

And I didn't find a valid simple tutorial. Just general informations.

Well we don't know what's best for you either, you need to study the different materials and decide which one fits your needs.

No, Google has.

1 solution

Sign up at ATI and NVidia as a developer for OpenCL, CUDA, etc... and you'll gain access to sample code from their SDKs. These include encoder/decoder examples.

When in doubt, go to the folks that manufacture the technology and sit on the standards boards.

On a side note, I see that NVidia has recently decided to OpenSource CUDA!
