Consume WCF service in Windows Service

I created a wcf service(on local) which is successfully consume in web and console application but,

1. When I was trying to consume it in Windows Service by adding reference of wcf through URL I didnt get any access to DataContract in WCF.

2. Add reference to dll of WCF in Windows Service works fine, I dont want access WCF thorugh DLL.

In future service is hosted on IIS, this can access with any client through url

Please, Help me to consume WCF in Windows Service.

What kind of error message did you get in point 1)?
At the moment I don't see any reason, why a Windows service should not be able to consume a WCF service.
I did something similar a few years ago and it worked. (Hope it still works, 'cause it was at my old company ;-))
