Read data from php processing

Hey all
I am having a PHP page that recieves "imei" and "mep" then returns a string saved as "$mailmep2"
So i am having an html 5 page that sends data to this php
How can i recieve the "$mailmep2" string without redirecting to the php page
Pleasseeeeeeeeeee help me
