While taking backup I am getting error as

FireFTP 2.0.4 'Nature Boy' created by Mime Čuvalo

Unable to make a connection. Please try again.( in red color) in the logs.
and I am not able to login also. I checked my uid and pwd but still same issue. Please do help me out .
