How to uptate data in Cube automatically

Hi,

I want to update the data in cube automatically.

For ex: If i do any changes from management studio in table or add the rows in table i want it reflect to cube data.

I have search in google from that i came to know for doing this we have to use the ROLAP but i don't understand how to use that

please help me as soon as possible

Use Proactive Caching (Partitions).
