The error isn't lying to you. You are supplying 32 parameters. What are you expecting to receive in your parameters list? This is missing from your question.

Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.
It's self explanatory. You have supplied more/less columns for the table data OR the column name does not match in query as it is in table.

Check and rectify it.
