How to Connect WebService in Windows application

Dear Friends,

Here i created One Webservice and i want to call this Webservice in Windows 6 Mobile Application.But the Service is not Connecting.The Expection is coming unable to Connect the Remote Server.So please provide Required Information regarding this.

See actually i created one Username password Form in Windows Mobile and i created one Webservice application in that iam accessing my database and Methods.Now iam calling Userdetail() metho in Mobile application by adding WebReference.But the Exception is coming not connect to Remote Connection
