Add scrollbar in WPF

Hello, guys.
I am working on a project using WPF. I stumbled upon a problem which would seem simple; there are no scrollbars. I only need to have them added either in the Xaml or anywhere else.. Help? Thanks. :)

Thank you! But the only problem now is it doesn't show the actual bar that moves..
