I want to create a news website and i am confused about the rules and policy followed during the hosting. it means when i host my website what type of policy i have to follow and from where i get information about this? please help me out... Thanks in advance

It's your website, you make the rules. The only policies you need to adhere to are what your hosting provider dictates and you should have that information already. You did read the EULA right?

What type of EULA you are asking for? i mean for every website or every provider have their own EULAs...

The agreement for YOUR hosting provider. It should tell you what content they may or may not allow and many other things. Have you read this?
