Public ASP.NET Websevices Monitoring

Hello friends.
I have created some public web service in my project. The web services are called through jquery AJAX.
Is their any mechanism like that of implementing HTTPHandler & HTTPModule where each call to the web services can be monitored?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
