how to implement security in web services through digital certificate (published from CA).
What are the settings to be done in IIS on the server where web service is published and client which calls web service.

Securing web communication using Digital Certificates[^]] should really help you get started.

DigiCerr provides[^] its own set of instructions but they should help you out as well.
