HURRY UP??? Give away this attitude, This is not the place where u can command (HURRY UP) on anyone to work for your solutions,They have lot to do of their own, You can politely request, Not commanding..

About the telerik control's tree view structure,Its quite simple but your table structure should to be in ParentId and child format,

I just think, posting such issues about a 3rd party control at telerik Forum would be more useful.
