Hi, i got a question to ask on behalf of my friend.
Is it possible to determine the frequency level of the sound taken in by the microphone of the windows phone 7?
How to go about doing this for a starter?

I would like to answer: can you just define what is "frequency level"? This is not as obvious as you might think.

erm like i wanna do like if the detected sound reaches a certain level, the phone will vibrate. can understand?
